"Do you sleep?"

"How do you get so much done?"

"What are your secrets to managing a successful business and fulfilling life?"

I'm asked these questions all of the time. And yes, I sleep.

Simple Time Management is the key. I value my time and spend it very wisely, each day that passes - is gone forever. So, I make sure I make the most of every second.

I work hard and a play hard. I also delegate tasks to others so I can focus on what I truly enjoy doing - in my personal and professional life.

Here are some quick and easy time savers:

I have a weekly housekeeper. Saves me 5 hours/week = 20 hours/month!

I have a laundry service. Saves me 2 hours/week = 8 hours/month!

I have a virtual assistant. Saves me 10 hours/week = 40 hours/month!

I have a personal assistant. Saves me 10 hours/week = 40 hours/month!

I have groceries delivered. Saves me 1.5 hour/week = 6 hours/month!

I have a monthly in-home massage. Saves me 1 hour/month in driving!

I also batch my tasks, so I spend focused time completing many of the same tasks (such as responding emails only I can answer), rather than willy-nilly answering emails every time a new one pops into my inbox.

Batching saves me 10 hours/week (at least) = 40 hours/month

I don't watch television. Saves me 15 hours/week = 60 hours/month

That's over 200 hours a month I save.

That's more than FIVE 40-hour work weeks I save/create each month!

High-Level Time Savers...that's my Secret.

Article: "Fame"

Most people I speak with these days tell me that they have a message they would like to share with the world to help people. I hear dreams such as:

"I want to be on Oprah" or "I want to have a New York Times Bestseller" or "I want to be on stage and speak to thousands of people" for example.

Then, I hear, "but I'm afraid of being famous" or "I don't want people looking at me. I don't want people judging me."

Hmmm, well, how are you going to help masses of people and be on TV with a best selling book - if you don't want anyone to look at you and know your name?

It ain't gonna happen.

Trust me, if I could have built my international coaching and mentoring business and remained the private person I am naturally - I'd would have done it. But that's just not how it happens.

99% of my clients initially find me on-line - youtube, facebook, twitter, linked in, for example. They sign-up for an ebook or inquire about my coaching services - and then if it's a fit - we work together.

I have clients from all over the world - all because I'm kinda "famous".

Fame is actually not a dirty word.

The definition of FAME is: The condition of being known or talked about by many people, esp. on account of notable achievements.

If you really want to succeed, you are going to have to embrace and accept that fame is part of the package.

Do you know the business equation of success?

It's 10% Content + 20% Presentation + 70% Exposure = SUCCESS

The definition of EXPOSURE is: the condition of being presented to view or made known.

If you want to be successful, you need to let others see you and hear what you have to offer. You have to put yourself in clear view of others, so you can be "made known" as the definition states. You need EXPOSURE.

There just isn't any other way.

You can be GREAT at what you do and have a website with all of the bells and whistles, but if nobody knows who you are - you will struggle!  That is why it's important to EXPOSE yourself and your business - consistently.  If you do not have a marketing plan and schedule in place, may I suggest you check out my Marketing DVD Training Program. Article: "Step into Your Greatness"

It's time for you to step into your GREATNESS.

I've been a life & business coach for over a decade now and I absolutely LOVE it. One of the blessings of being a personal coach to hundreds of clients from all over the world is seeing people blossom right before my eyes.

If you are reading this, it means that you have greatness inside of you.

It means that you are destined to be, do and have everything that you desire - to be blessed, to be a blessing.
