The pool in the backyard of the house was beautiful. Watching my sister get excited to put her feet in, made it easy for us to decide it was a perfect time for her 1st swim. She's a little fish!

Just Us Girls Soiree!

My friend Michele Jackson from church started "Just Us Girls Soirees" earlier this year. At her last soiree, she asked me to be the featured speaker. It was a BLAST!

There were about 17 girls, from different schools. Some came solo, some came with friends. And by the end of the night, we were ALL blessed. There was food, music, dancing and a seminar portion.

Since it was such a hit, Michele is doing another soiree, and this time it's a SLEEPOVER!!! She's booked rooms at a hotel and 60 girls have already signed up! The date is: Saturday, November 17th from 5:00pm - 8:00am Sunday morning. I'll be one of 4 speakers, and we'll provide food, fun, games and a safe environment for personal growth.

Khama poses for hot LA artist!

I was blessed to pose for one of the hottest artists in LA...who happens to be a good friend from high school. Heather and I met in 7th grade in Shaker Heights, OH at Hathaway Brown School for girls.

After graduation we went our separate ways and then met up again a few years ago, here in California. She is now married with two beautiful children and owns "H. Palleiko Designs". She has shows all over LA and has become quite popular in the industry of lifecasting and contemporary wearable art!

This beautiful lifecasting is my back! I recently went to her home studio and she did her magic! My Sis!

I am back in L.A., after a 5-month whirlwind in London and Ghana. It feels good to be back, but I do miss my little sis, Zoe. My mom tells me that she's been watching a little bit of Baby TV every day and she thoroughly enjoys it. Except...for the live animals. Apparently, little Zoe is not too fond of animals!

Anyways, I was thinking about her today, so I wanted to share with you our 1st photo. This is the first time I met Zoe when she and my parents were still in Chicago, she was only 8 weeks old. So precious. I miss her.

My dad and this man were having fun determining the price of my artwork. This place, The Art Center, is where tourists go to get art to take home. They give you a price and say, "but that's not the lowest" and then you go back and forth until you agree. When I spoke, hearing my American accent, the price was JACKED UP...and then my dad would step in and do the negotiating. But in the end, it was always a win-win. I now have beautiful carvings and painting in my home!

These two tag-teamed me and dad for some art I was 'dying' to have. They were giving me the "American Price" which for 7 paintings was not cheap...I should have let my dad done the talking from the start. But there were lots of laughs and we negotiated for awhile. I got my paintings and they also gave me a bracelet "on the house".

Here I am at the entrance to the slave castle off the coast of Ghana. Captured Africans were held here before they were put on ships to become slaves in Portugal, South America and America.
Here is a sign for the female slave dungeon. It was a small room, where over 400 women were kept!

Today I committed to a one day fast for spiritual enlightment and clarity. It had been awhile since I did a fast - and my spirit was craving it.

I prayed this morning "God help me put you first in my life". I have been a Christian for over a year and when I got saved - my life changed. But, although Christ is my Lord and Savior - he hasn't been 1st place. And today, I woke up yearning for that to be different.

I have been doing Spiritual Physique for years and have transformed many lives. But for awhile, I have been feeling like I was lacking a vitally important piece to my coaching program - JESUS.

This evening, my uncle called me - and my prayer was answered. I asked him what he thought about my putting Jesus 1st place in everything - including my business (although I knew what he would say, being a Christian himself)...He said, "Go for it!"

He told me that I'm teaching Christian principles already, but I haven't been sharing the power behind the principles - Christ. He told me that I should share what Jesus has done in my life and that I would bless many people.

So, today: April 15th 2007, I declare Spiritual Physique is a Christian self-empowerment company. Jesus has healed me in ways that no one and nothing else has - and it is time to share The Gospel. My purpose is not just to inspire and motivate - it is to save souls.

And for those reading who have a yearning to share Jesus with others - I had thoughts for many months that I needed to have memorized the whole Bible first, become a pastor and be able to recite every scripture. NO. I just need to love Jesus and love others.

A hurting person doesn't ask, "What college did you go to" or "Are you a pastor". NO, a hurting person simply asks, "Can you help me?"

And yes, I can help you.

Ephesians 3:20 states "He is able to do exceeding, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh within us"!

I asked God to help me put him first, to spend more time with Him and seek His Righteousness - and my prayer was answered. He's now officially first in my life. We spend more time working than doing anything else in our entire lives - for our entire lives. He is first in my work. He is #1 in Spiritual Physique!

Glory to God. Amen!

Well, I seem to have fallen in love with London...so I've begun my search for my ultimate dream house, as my 2nd residence. Los Angeles being the 1st, of course.

I'm currently living in Primose Hill and it's a very nice location. So, I've located this gorgeous home, took pictures the other day and started my intention & visualization process! Wish me luck.

Hi there! I'm sitting at my desk, here in London and it's 2am. I should be in bed, but I wanted to get my blog up this week - so here it is!

This Sunday, I was with relatives for an amazing meal...I'm still thinking about it. YUM! In the photo, I'm with my 5-month old baby sister, Zoe and my sweet cousin Evyanne! (Her father just joined Spiritual Physique as the Tele-Seminar Director! He's absolutely brilliant! I'm so excited.)
